i actually kinda like the idea, 10 mins of criming could get the same as 30 mins of raiding so i don't see what 'stealing someones hard earnt items' have to do with anything

Exactly. You don't have to take tonnes... just more than one. Like a very small percentage with a maximum cap. Maybe it could go up with the level of the person you are raiding?

A level 25 can crime 5 mil in 5 mins where as a level 4 might miss 10 sw!

Everybody doesnt crime for there items. Some people pay real cash for items also

But if they are that pissed about loosing 10, 20 or 50 sw etc then they can crime it up in a minute.

exactly, but i guess 50 is a bit much maybe cap it at 1 per level?
