Apologies for not coming on to reply earlier, had to cut down my PB time cos I was handing in my dissertation, i should have come on and replied straight away, was rude not to. But I appreciate you taking the time to answer. I wasn't completely aware of the stamina thing, and now that I have read ur answer it makes perfect sense. Looks now like it was a bit of a stupid question lol. Stamina is such a common-sense thing. But anyway, that was me being an idiot and I appreciate you taking the time to clear up the issue and allowing me to realise how stupid I was being in the first place
