After I train I end up with 15%stm. Besides bags of coal,puss in boots,zookeeper,clean shitters is there any cheap nrg amens im  missing that I can throw in?

try taking out your stress balls and putting in lumps of coal, and if that dosent work try toilet paper

stm is way to high without. I was getting like 27%

Now down to 3% guess Im good for now

whats should ur stam b after a train?? like whats the goal stam to b at after training i usually go to like 16% stam in my current train cell

i got my best gains at around 3-4%

yeah i was arrangin my cell today and get my largest gain with this cell and like i said its 16% after i click train...jus wonderin if that was good or not or if it even matters

8% is best gain for my level...and try get it around 10 percent incase sumwun mugs u lol

I got told it was 6%

Ya brock i was also told to get it around 5-6% i seem to get the best gains around there
