Go to your cell. Hold down the shift key and click refresh at the same time. That should work in most browsers.

when i go to change out my cell, load, save and clear are hi lited in yellow, if i click on them, nothing happens, now! i used to click on my tr cell, or fight cell, or crim cell! i had three guys at work look at it, they can not get it either!

you don't click, you hover over them. in any case, what browser and version are you using?

i always use google chrome and i have windows 7 Ultimate package and evryting works fine for me
