If you upgrade your cell at one prison, does it go with you? If not, does it stay the same if you go back to the prison you upgraded?

It does go with you, however if you move to a lower-level prison and your cell is too big, then your cell will be shrunk to the max size allowed by that prison while you are there

Hello ... I should travel to Putnam, so I know whether I can bring things from the cells in Putnam cells...

also, your cell will be cleared out after transporting to a new prison but just go back to your cell and put your stuff right back in there

why people asking to buy for them some items?? In another prison is different marketplace ? Or its just to make sure u buy items and dont open acount in bank so they can mug u all the time ??

i have one more question how much cost open the bank account in putnam and in arizona ?

25k in putnam and 65k in arizona
