Hi

 

I have a problem with changing my appearance. I go to the surgeon but the page just shows an empty box with a small picture symbol in the top left hand corner. I already have Flash & Java as I’m able to play all the games. Please help.

Still sounds like a flash issue. Which browser?

6? 7? 8? Can you play games in IE as well? Flash has a different installer for adding flash to IE than other browsers like Firefox

IE 8. I have no problems accessing any other sites that need flash.

I just tried IE8 and both games and the surgeon loaded. Not sure what's up there

Are you sure you have flash and/or java enabled? If not, just get Firefox. Its a lot better, trust me...

Dont forget, also, that you need to redownload flash since there is a separate installer for each browser.

Flash and Java is all upto date. Does the site use shockwave player
