I'm sure I wrote Recommended Speed: At least 130 for the pickpocket crime. I can't seem to edit it now. Would be nice to put some breaks in there too eh...

work in progress obviously, ive only had abit to do it , (PJ bang, stamina really effects ur speed in putnam, i only do well in the first two try's etc (i use bottles of water, but maybe you should put that in xD)

Also if people do crimes in putnam Grin can u copy and paste it here when u have more than 10 :P just to make the parameters more accurate, im doing it aswell but more people the more accurate it will be xD

in putnam you fail alot everybody does, its not like NJ when u could do mugging inmates with 90 percent chance of getting them right lmao, here its more like 20 percent. (i know it depends on stats (*stamina)
