There is a good chance that i will get serious iso time for this, but i sometimes buy myself favours. im restricted to Zaypay as Daopay does not work for me. there was a thread about it but i think it was "resolved". not for me. i text it all it all correctly but it never comes up. they dont text back either. what do i do?

We don't control third party transaction companies. If Visa declined a transaction, you'd have to contact them to find out why... same here.
