Yup. This was precisely - exactly - the point of my post.

We'd like to make a new one but we need to see some hustle before we'll consider it. Right now, we don't think it's justified by the population comparison high to low.

Catching up with the rest of the comments here: I appreciate the healthy discussion about the leveling problems. Let's try to keep the conversation dedicated to either the new prison or leveling-up incentives topics, though. Things like gangs are totally separate issues not up for discussion in this thread.

i like idea of new prison and if u want ppl to level up put exp for diggin or suttin...and for whoever is sayin they dont wanna level cuz they dont wanna b in sd wit high levels...stop talkin shit then u sit there cuz u kno u cant b hit in lower prisons jus stfu do what u do and level up i really doubt any1 jus picks on random ppl up here...except for romanow lol but shes either always infirmed or u can pass her stats easily lol

just an idea to make it easier for people to level up , say for example in new jersey they didn,t overdose when they trained this would motivate them to train as u know how hard it is to get buyout cash when u first start the game , then in san quentin put the overdose rate up slightly to a percentage , an then continue this through the prisons to the percentage of overdose rate now

or even to change it level by level cause it gets easier to get money the higher the level you are its only a suggestion
