And maybe making a 1 day a week or month were you can go in to the warden's office and he has sales for old dvd's and other amen's for a great deal and only put in X amount of amens that people can buy or a X amount of time you can buy them.

we get 9 favs a day, you can do surveys, sell amens, raid amens and sell for favs, sell items for favs, buy favs with paypall, we dont need any easier way of getting favs, raiding is fine the way it is, if you put the time and effort in you can in enough times and get the amen

you can get anything out of this game without spending a penny

x) NPCs battles should give exp

x) Miracle mugs should give exp (alot)

x) Raiding should give alot more exp than just -5000, raiding is the only thing many do down there.

x) Digging in yard should give exp.

x) Unique SD events like hokie said, should motivate people to get up here

..also, why not add level requirements to some amenities? im not saying level 25 on everything, but level 10/15/20 on most good amenities should get everyone motivated to level up.

...Or even better,

Give the lower prisons unique events that reward them with amenities that have a level requirement thats 1-5 levels above their maximum prison level!

....and these amenities should not be trade-able incase they try to sell it to us.

yea i guess i can feel that bro.. im just saying some people camp level's because they don't have the right shit to move forward witch is all i was getting.. and i have raided 4 peoples cells for a month when i got around to it and really didn't get much.. so thats why i had said that... but understandable..

point taken... was just leaning towards the lines of making people move up. from what I've read seems like SD wants more people up there. theres what like less than 1000 people between AZ and SD?

its a thing called criming here in SD, can be done in other prisons but not utilized. crime amens are cheap compared to training amens on the open market, and there are a bunch of really good ones

lower levels dont realize how easy it is to crime and buy what you need and they could get everything alot faster instead of waiting around for their daily favs and other stuff just to fall in their laps

Since this would affect SD more than others here, obviously the highest level players want the new prison but then you would have to wait even longer for people to get there and it would be the same people that are in SD already when they do show up.
