And we call good ole US of A, A free country..Snakes are some peoples lively hood..This government should have better things to do then ban harmless animals..Any person killed or hurt by a snake,its their own fault..Dont punish everyone! My opinion should have a permit or license or what have you to own them..Dogs have harmed more people than snakes ever have.why not ban dogs?? Do you guys think that snakes should be outlawed nation wide??

Do you know that the ASPCA only donates 3% to animal shelters? The rest goes towards politics...they are the main force behind banning snakes...Google it & you'll see what I mean 8-)
