So what is Free Yard Move?

The clue is in the title guys, free yard move means exactly that, a singular yard movement that costs nothing. idk if that's a day or every five minutes. Also when inside a building in the SD yard access to other prison yards (during a day that all prisons are open) via the rooftop. Simply stand on the grating and shake the keyboard
