There used to be a spot in gang settings that would allow you to transfer ownership/presidency of a gang to someone else but seems to be gone now... just wondering if this is a mistake or are we permanently not allowed that option anymore?

Mu I hate to bug you with this but... what's the deal with transferring ownership of gangs?

I'll be honest, I didn't write gangs, and diving into it to figure out what it's supposed to do or did do isn't at the top of my list of things to tackle.
