What level will most gangs take new members becuase i'm a level 2 moving at i hope a swift pace. Help please.

The Brotherhood accepts from level Three and up

Its not Just about your level its also about your stats as you can level upto level 6 with 100 each Stats but when it comes down to the nitty gritty you wont be no help at all as level 2s will be useing you as a Sandwhich Paste.

I think is most important if mate is Active every day or not....

That is a good point theres no point Joining and going on a Summer Break Now till the end of summer as when you get back there will be no Gang left as there would either be in Permanant Isolation or trying to recover from a mental breakdown. Hehehehehehehe

Probably more so than the uber stats, cos the activity can make those stats.

Another good one is knowing when to shut your mouth and not drag your gang into crap it knows is WAY out of its league.
