It's confusing for me now after the new policy of no proxies by mu, are we safe from getting banned?

The system has a list of banned proxies and as i see in the past if one logs in with any of those, he/she is banned on the spot without arguments. I recently got banned as i used my cell phone service with "Opera Mini 5" just because the opera mini had a proxy that PB not accepts good thing staff listened to me coz i was not wrong. So i have a few questons

Will someone get ban from now on for proxies?

If i dont see the prohibiting message on login screen, does it mean it's safe to login?

I tried to log in from cell last night but now it's a fear not to get ban again.  I just wanna know how ths thing works now coz i dont want to stuck again..

thats the one i was iffy on. i saw the message on my cell phone once. reset my phone settings and havent seen it since but im not trying to get banned for using it because i put a a lot of hours into this acc.

yea there is ambiguity about that. who knows ur cell ip is in ban list

If you get banned for using a proxy, we always review the exact situation. It's never a hardcore ban unless we know 100% you were trying to pull some shit

that's cool but may i know if i'm using a 3rd party browser for my cell phone to access PB.. will it be cool? some browsers use proxy too

i go ban...and i wasn;t even using proxy coz wen i wen to deactivate it it wasn't acctivated
