Yeah I always thought that... especially after a firesale as that means they obviously did something wrong, as opposed to those wrongly accused and allowed back.

Apparently anyone can buy their way back in the game has happened before these two But it does suck that decent people get screwed while the cheaters get to continue.

Like seriously... how you know they "brought their way back" i don't actually think that is accurate... if there is no proof... how can people say that... and it is kind of insulting to Mumubear and the team to insinuate that people can PAY their way back into the game... or do you have some proof that people have brought their way back?
