youve got a very good point, really i think when some one wins the lottery should recieve an email saying they have won, that should then get them back in to the game.  (hopefuly)

But ,if at all they r gettin that mail,as all lvl 1 s dont even know how to go to cell page and eqquip that and they dont know whats the importamnce of it,rather,they just will see all their cash being mugged after.so wats the use is what the'll think for sure.
