I'm going to spell this out pretty clearly, because I get regular emails about it:

If we don't know what the problem is, we can't help you. We don't have some magic wand that we can wave and fix everything.

If something is broken for you, you'll have to give us as much detail as you can about it. Otherwise, all we can offer is blanket responses.

What information would be helpful? What version of Flash player do you have? (don't jsut say it's up to date, actually check and give us the exact version number) What browser are you running? what version? Not that this will help much, but what OS?

If you don't know how to properly answer these questions, there's a good chance nobody can help you.

Here are a couple things to try if the surgeon isn't loading for you:

- Update your Flash player. This is pretty easy to do. Go here ( http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ) and click Agree and Install Now. Once your Flash is update, restart your browser, and see if that fixed it.

- Update your browser. This is almost as easy, but there are different places to go. I'm not going to list them all, but if you don't know how to update your browser, then maybe it's time you quit using the internet and took up book reading.

Aside from that, if you can't tell us anything besides "WHY CANT I GET TO THE SURGEON" then we can't help you. It works fine for me, it works fine for Mu, it works fine on every computer I've ever tested it on and for 90%+ of Prison Block players.

If it doesn't work for you, it's likely something on your end.

EDIT: It may have been an Internet Explorer problem (Microsoft hates to comply with net standards). Mufasa made some changes, but if it still doesn't work for you, try clearing all your browser history (cookies, temp data, etc).

If it's not working for you, and you're using something besides Internet Explorer, please let us know ASAP.

Also check that you don't have some sort of firewall blocking access, but I suspect browser version and flash will be the main culprits.

Don't make new threads, and don't hijack this thread. If you have a problem, post here with the relevant issue. Post elsewhere or take this thread off topic and I hope you have enough money to bail out of a 12 hour stint in isolation.

I have trouble loading some sections of the surgeon, and some items dont load.

Im running Ubuntu Linux 9.04 useing FireFox v3.6.3 with Flash Player 10.0.45.2

oops, It appears to be working now. What ever you did in the last 72 hours workd for me anyway.

i would say sticky this and close it but it probably wont make much difference.

just so people know, i am unable to access the surgeon on interent explorer, but wen i use internet fire fox, it works straight away everytime. goodluck people, i hope i have helped solve the problem..

Do you have flash installed in IE?

yes i have already got it, the latest one aswell.. i also uninstalled it and then installed again after just to see if there was any changes but the surgeon still would not load.. thought i shud let u know mufasa, as it might help to solveing this mystery...

EDIT: i just load up fire fox to change my avatars features, then load up IE for everything else

Which version of IE? We only have IE8 here to test on
