So a note to all of you. DO NOT SEND PAYPAL AS A GIFT. Was that clear? Pay the 3% fee in your price so the seller gets what they wanted, and if they try to scam you, you have recourse with paypal. If you send money as a gift, you have no ability to challenge the transaction if the seller doesn't deliver, because you said it was a gift.
