When I attack somebody inside the circus they  heal automatically, they dont stay knock out for long. At first I thought somebody might of heal them why I wasnt looking, but I did it four times. 

I even did it to a friend that i was going to heal but when soon i attack him he was moving around like instantly, but he did get the event saying, I attack and that he was  knock out for 17minutes.

I heal automatically as well.

That was for the daylight savings time. I was trying to raid someone's cell, and my 15minute remaining waiting time turned into 1 hour and 15 minutes
