SlumdogThere are some very strong individual players "out there" like you ... that can kick most (or all) other players in the game in a fight... one on one... which is great... but individual players would be mugged and raided etc. "to death" if in a war against a large gang... the gang can cover 24 hours a day and do a lot of damage when the individual play is sleeping..

... and several individual players might be on their own but still have a good network to other strong individual players (or even gangs) that will support them in a war ... but bit difficult to put on the Top 10 list

Another thing about large gangs... they are especially vulnerable if they have lots of really weak players... in a war the weak players will be infirmed all day long and that creates a lot of "noise" within the gang...
