at this point yes... unless others above you join... but remember it is a pool... and you can move up and down pools... the first week will be weird as people move up and down settling between pools... also there is a problem with no putnam fighters... as it essentially isolates the nj/sq pool from the az/sd pool...

I think that each round there will be the ability for new people to join so hopefully the ranks swell.. i am keen to leave it open for another 24 hours before spliting into pools and getting started... there are a couple of other things to nail down... and that would give a little time for me to figure it out...
