every prison has a pc un it, id say you should have to pay favs to be placed in pc and to get out, also taking away the yard privilages for folks that are hiding in there.

Well if this is true you shouldnt be able to train or crime either as you cant get to yard/wardens gun case etc.

meh, pc still gets time in the yard, maybe in a cage in the yard but they could still train. maybe nerf the gains a little in pc.
