so until this is fixed how can I contact staff with the issue I am having.... this has been ongoing and id like some sort of resolution to it with out having to put private ass stuff in public forums, I am not trying to be your buddy but there is a serious issue that does need your attention...

you can skip the form and send the email direct to support at prisonblock

I have done that 3 or 4 times and so have others and no resolution unless it is fixed now then I will try it again... sorry to be a pain in the ass though...

Sending via the form may be somehow broken, but sending the email direct?
