What about just splitting the right side into two rows, a box for "Items" and "Players", which would both be scrollable so the height wouldn't be a problem.

One thing I was wondering was there ever any thought into putting some kind of communication system in the yard? Like a chat functionality, I passed by people I knew plenty of times n couldn't give them a shoutout

I think he means that you won't be able to continuously crime, as you'd end up leaving the yard every few times when you run out of items, and that it would be a pain to go in and out each time with only 4 or 5 blunts.

EDIT: I like the idea of having the item and player count better, so you won't have less space to view either section. And I agree with Jay, maybe have a chat box where you can talk to people in either the same square(Local), within 3 squares to any side(Nearby), on the same map(Shout), or across all maps(Global). Then again, you have said that you weren't going to make a chatbox. Maybe this could be incorporated into the chat bar?

that's what the chatbar is for sir! Unless you mean a button to open a chat with them

Hmmm Mumu... if the gym is in the yard... and we have to carry our items into the yard to train... then the max items i can fit in my back back is 6 at the moment... so would this mean... i would need to go out of the yard again... and refill my bag... in order to train... each time?

Char bar is just less on the fly communication for interaction on the yard I think but it could be useful to add a button to open a quick private chat with them on the chat bar. A global chat in the yard would likely get annoying. One thing I was thinking of was like a Habbo Hotel type system where you can type in a message and if people are within range they can read it, problem with that is you can't physically see other players on the map so a random chat bubble would look odd.

Probably a more long term suggestion anyhow, but that was my only issue was not being able to annoy people with witty sarcasm.

i think you should be able to revive anybody you want in the yard,not just your fellow gang members. people have neutral friends and friends in other gangs (both real life and in game)

most importantly,you dont want gangs to have too much power. especially when it comes to controlling territory. some gangs will never catch up to others same way some players wont catch up with other players stat wise (its possible if he trains with out doing crimes& or train more alot moreoften,in which their already behind15+ some even 20 lvl behind).

there are people that arent in a gang (by choice). not everyone in prison join gangs. i did my time with out joining one (did almost 33% of my bid in the box for it) so dont let independent player be overwhelmed by gangs in this game. (i will join one eventually though).

i think you should get rid of the fountain for higher lvl players because they naturally have bigger cells in which they can put more energy amens in their cell so they can move around more ( i searched the yard in putnam& not jersey on christmas because i had a 46 energy increase because of the bigger cell in putnam)

also,most importantly, i wasnt around for bootleg joe. i have heard about him but never got anything from him. if you do decide to bring him back willi t be random or will he have a set schedule? and how will you pay for the DvD's? favors or game cash?

One solution to this might be to add more amenities that do nothing but increase your bag size.

But, realistically, people wouldn't be bouncing around in the yard for training purposes, unless you got some sort of bonus for going through all the trouble of training in the yard.

thats a great question hanako. and if so it kind of wouldnt be fair to the newer players that would have to train like that. it would really take them forever to "catch up" to the higher lvl players.

I think the chat bar would suffice here. A simple button next to the attack/mug buttons to open a chat works. Then we just add chat settings to turn on/off messages from people you pass in the yards
