When i go on my cell page it says no amenities and shows none but i still get the stats tho and i have to refresh the page a few times to get it to be visible.

Did you try clearing your browser's cache? That works for some out-of-the-ordinary bugs for many.

if you're on a slow connection, or your connection slows down because you're downloading or something, your cell page takes longer to show. And FYI, the more amenities you have in your inventory, the longer the page takes to load.
