It appears to be a sort of "flood limit" on double clicking the crime button, so as opposed to doing

Sending so many requests to the server undoubtedly slows it down (hence a lot of downtime, lagging, etc) this might be a measure to prevent this he said he was going to look into the crime page locking up. Just a hunch anyway

i cant even click and wait.... i have to wait for it properly load the fresh page every time.. I was just clicking it fifteen times and then waiting and then 10 seconds later it wont let me!!
