On Vista you just have to click on the compatibility icon to switch these on or off, you should also find you don't see cell contents on your spy reports, click icon and it's fixed, not sure for other versions of windows though

Vista isn't a browser... I think you mean IE. IE is a browser. It's a shitty browser. Get Firefox or Chrome.
