lets see what obama does to stop this, even though chicago, where he is from doesnt seem to be getting any better

i would legalize drugs, all drugs, allow them to be sold and taxed at high rates like alcohol and tobacco, allow those now legal drugs to be produced, regulated, and sold creating many jobs

many gangs are funded mainly by drug sales, take that away many would go away, no fighting for turf, profits, drug deals gone bad etc

while also not forcing a person into a life of crime when they get caught with shit when they are 14-20 and making it so they cant get a decent job the rest of their life because they have a record

the money to fund the drug war can then be used for drug prevention and rehabilitation programs while also giving the government more money from taxing the substances

id start there to combat and limit gangs to fund themselves

yes katrina he handled that well didnt he i believe he flew over once and looked and didnt let the food drops happen fuck em let em starve and he didnt do shit for 9/11 except pull our forces where they should have focused and put them in iraq and finance 2 wars !he had 8 yrs to get bin laden what it take obama 3 years!
