To push all the level campers up, why not gain EXP when battling NPCs? This will ensure the players who only come online at events level up.

to0 fn bad - runners need to level up to, gives a chance for new runners to get a job
I like it ;shrug:

I like this.
If you have not trained, attacked, mugged, raided, crime or just simply not done anything that would raise you EXP in the last 3 months you automatically level to the next level.
Id be the highest man on the game if this happens

Nah exp for digging is mad....
You say its mad because your a runner. I dislike the fact you can just sit and level squat yet still participate in any new things. At least when you attack a NPC you should get exp. I just realized you gain no real exp during yards unless you mug search other players
Great minds think alike. the above is supposed to be my quote but its messed up for some reason

What difference does it make if I level squat or not? I spend 90% of my time in SD anyway. At the end of the day we can't mug, attack, train or crime so yards are all we have for excitement!
So many SD players moan about level squatting but its nothing to do with them. You chose to level so there. Lets face it, if there is some twat in SQ who you hate and want to attack, getting him to level up to SD just through events would take years so you still aren't going to get your hands on him.
Very few people level squat - just the runners and one or two other people and those others ones always level in the end as they get bored - so what difference does it make to you? This subject is like a broken record...
That was an old quote, but anyway to the first paragraph this isnt about just you its about all level squatters. You shouldnt be able to do anything for "fun" if your just sitting there at 90%+. Everything gives exp why shouldnt yards?
It has plenty to do with us SD players. It makes the game far less exciting with the same 75people in SD since everyone else is squatting. Then there is the fact we have to deal with bootleg joe while all other prisons have 10players who know to look for him which then leads to bullshit pricing. ANd we can even reach and say level squatting causes newer prisons to be delayed since tommy has said multiple times no need for new prisons since SD has so few inmates. If yards gave exp who knows how long it would take for someone to level. You saying years is just complete made up facts
There are a lot more then a few level squatters. Runners include for every gang and the ones who are not even used by people plus Im very sure I could find over 2 level squatters who are not runners.
