having the ability to send items to prisoners in other prisons but only prisons that are 1 above or below the one your currently in. i.e az prisoners could send to sd or put. sd would only be able to send to az until a new prison opens. include a 10 favor sending fee!

It would make sure important transactions didn't get fucked up. But the 10 fav fee would also keep runners in business because not every is gonna want to pay that for every time they send something to another prison. +1

Transactions don't get fucked up if you use trusted runners. They can't exactly be sniped and people don't tend to mug runners for fear of pissing off whole gangs. And it doesn't stop transactions getting 'fucked up' because, as with a runner, someone can send the items and then the other person doesn't send cash or visa versa. In fact runners are probably safer because they act as reliable middle men... they cannot hand over items until cash is paid and if its not, then they return the items etc.

Would like that if a "Respected Player" your cell could not be spied - or possibly pay a little extra in favs per month to hide the contents of your cell/items.

or how about have "respected" prisoners have the ability to travel btween prisons,that way they can do all hits,buy items cheaply...or just go down to jersey and shut-up some loudmouth.maybe incorporate some time limits or make exp.nil or zero so loitering or pestering low levels wouldnt be advantageous.
