You’re better off listing it for a set amount and see if it gets bought. The people that pay what you’re looking for already have theirs I’m sure.

Ye my worry there would be that anything close to a reasonable price is gonna cost me a fair chunk to list so I may aswell minimise my risk by securing a buyer prior to listing..
