Thank you to everyone who replied to me and has told me different ways of dealing with these attacks. Im heading back to the doctors tomorrow as yesterday i didnt have any panic attacks at all and today since ive been awake ive had 6 of them all over nothing which have lasted roughly 8mins each time. i find the worst part and which manke me panic more is when it feels like i cant breathe dont know if its the same with everyone else

maybe you should look for professional help or someone who has more understanding in that field of work. they could possible give you better forms of handling the attacks.

i use to suffer from anxiety when i was younger, never took pills for it tho. i use to get all wierded out in large crowds. what i did was to sit down or find an unoccupied area and just take a few slow breathes to calm me down. not sure if anything i said was of any use lol but yeah you'll eventually get over them i hope, in time.

this may be just for me because im a fuckin psychopath, but whenever i felt the way you described i decided to create a landmark for myself and told myself so long as i have that landmark, everything is fine.... might not be the best example but recently i had an extremely dank weed brownie and that shit fucked me up for a full 24hours but in the first 4-5 hours i could barely see because everything was blurred and vibrating and i started to panic a little but through it i saw my lamp in the corner of the room and told myself so long as i have that lamp i will be fine and i began to calm down and relax

Just to let you all know I've been to the doctors again today and they said I have a panic disorder now I've never heard of that before there is tablets I can take but I don't wanna try meds until I've tried doing it by myself. All you other sufferers out there I have found a great video which might help
