But even at that, is there really a huge problem if someone advertises in the forum. If you are not a player that uses paypal then move on to the next sale thread simple? No? I agree some people rip the entire ass out of it though, almost begging for people to buy their stuff and thats just sad, but I just and move on.

Is it really effecting the game that much, everyone still has equal opportunities for everything that is a future special or firesale.

I just havent heard a solid reason for why its such a bad thing, people still sell alot of stuff for cash and items. That all amenities... including all the consoles.. They are rarer so it happens less, but still happens.

In my eyes the DVD hoarders and Karate Kid incident was the main driving force in the price rises in the market place and also auctions... In my eyes this is the buyers fault though, because an item is worth what someone will pay for it.

Raul you make a very valid and sensible point. Most of the stuff thats being sold with paypal the really good players already have it... IMHO

The selling off stuff via paypal was going on when I 1st joined (many of the top players), its just more public now and people jumping on the bandwagon selling everything n anything. Thats what I don't agree with.

Free enterprise, if it is your's and you want to sell it, well then sell it! Where and when does it stop, you can't do this you can't do that, who is making up theses rule's! If i paid real money for something, then i am selling it for for real money! This game used to be fun, not anymore, i dont what is getting more boring this game or all of these self imposed rules we are supposed to follow?

everybody just needs to self impose a rule to not use paypal anymore, or to at least greatly devalue it in this game... if we do that, it wont matter who spent what on what... cause all that shit will no longer have any real value.

and maybe we should stop buying gasoline, the price will definately go down then, we will show them!

or even better... if its an auction MAKE IT BE A FORCED auction, with a real ending time and the highest bid wins no matter if its $1.... and put up Buy It Now prices like ebay does. Either in paypal or even with real game items/shit, i mean really if weve got a system where we can click checkboxes to tell what to send,...... then implementing a buy it now system shouldnt be that hard should it?

*sigh* theres always something to compare it to.... but the fact is.. if we DID in fact stop buying gasoline, the supply would go WAY up and the price would drop. simple economics.

with gasoline, you gotta make billions of people change their habits that have been in place ever since the car was made...

with PrisonBlock however, theres about 10K people to convince.. and half of them dont use paypal anyway.
