There's no bug that I know of. It alters your max deposit based on the cash you have.

I use Robin Hood DVD... It's simple, the less money you have, the higher your deposit balance can be. It's kind of funny, cuz if I have $100k, then my max bank balance is $590k, but if I have $500k, my max bank balance stays at $130k. I found a good balance at keeping my account balance at $390k.
