in a sense all their really tryin to do is prevent "stealing" on the internet.. and wiki is involved because wikileaks is to hardcore for american public to "view" and they need to "protect" us...

as far as terriost group sites that was just an example there's media sites and other shit we don't see cause its "bad"

I personaly have never tried to find any of those websites and never plan to search for them so im not arrested with the NDAA or some bs cause i already have enough problems with just the local police...but im sure there are some you can access or get the material if your into that kinda stuff as long as its not too extreme because it may save peoples lives...the government watchs everything you do but now they just want to prevent you from getting certain information now because of hollywood and music industys lobbyists...look at who introduced the bill...all the democrates were from cali so they would benefit if the movie industy made alot more money by forcing people to pay for the product instead of getting it for free

I could covert my ftp sever to a torrent site if I removed passwords bought a domain and advertised it... if this gets passed people will find loop holes with proxys and what not cause frankly its what people do.. goverment can't protect their own servers from hackers so someone will find a way around it..
