You got a Shih Tzu, or another breed?

I grew up with 2 Cocker Spaniels (english type) and 1 Shih Tzu and I got most fond of the Shih Tzu cause of her personality, calm and spirit. Very nice family dog.

Yeah I have a shihtzu, 16 month old male, tricolor brw/white/grey. His personality is AMAZING. Almost dumb as dirt when it comes to retrieving toys, but super smart when it comes to other things. AND he keeps my feet warm

yeah, that is typically Shih Tzu behaviour, very smart but stubborn dog and normaly not a fetcher.

But Tuva's dad got the stranges hobbies I have ever witnessed!

1. He collects hairbrushes, picks them up and hides them!

2. Stones. He does dive in a lake, picks up stone and collects them in a pile!

3. He fetches stones! Throw a stick, no interest! Throw a stone and he runs like crazy! And he do in fact find the stone you threw! If he does not find that stone, then he searched and finally finds another suitable stone. One of them was huge that he brought! Almos the size of his head, excep the stone was flat. Picked it up with his teeth and run to me with it.

And he have no interest in dog toy, never has. Except a squicky rubebr rabbit we did buy for Tuva, and brought it for them to put their sent on it. More comfy for a puppy that we bring the parents sent home. But this squicky rabbit he went crazy over, so he kidnapped it (or we gave it to him, can alwasy buy a new one).

Dogs are strange sometimes!
