OMG it is seriously one of the most important skills in life to develop in order to find contentment... i have to work hard sometimes to do it... but worth the effort

yeah its great. especially for over thinkers. usually do this a few times a month at least when those pestering thoughts hit me late at night. Always end up satisfied.

The simplest question that i have added to my thinking plan is "is there another way to see this?" I ask myself this regularly when I find i am getting stuck in a negative frame

A whole lot of people have strange sleep patterns on here.... and some just have timezone dis-morphia! This guy shares three theories on why we sleep... only scratches the surface... still so much not known...
