by the way, the yard doesn't use flash. It's just a background image of the map; it just took your browser some time to load the whole map, that's all.

The yard is not done in flash (aside from the map overlay and tutorials that pop up). The issue was likely cache. Sounds like your browser didn't fully download the map.
