1. What is the crossbow effect rate?

2. When do we select it? I had it equipped and didn't get the option.

i think if u hav it equip'd & sum1 attacks u, its automatic...but thats just a guess.

Ski Mask isn't available to the general population yet. It might be in the future.

Because some other people asked: The King Tommygun and Guard Badge will never be available to the general population.
