I have 65 energy and 125 stamina.... what kinda a stats should i get from a full train?

your stamina is a little low for 65 energy. you'd probably get better gains if you took out 1 or 2 energy amenities and added stamina

well i am getting between 56-65 in a gym session, is that right or is there a way to improve that?

i get about 55 from using 46 energy with 173 stam, so yeah just add in some more stam amens
