If you want to know when a prison's going to open, why not make a thread titled "When will louisiana open?" instead of a crap ass generic title like "WHATS THE POINT"

Because lou has fallen to some complex where he, like others, feel that he's entitled to something just because he's been here a while or has spent money. Do we really need to go down that road again? You spent money because YOU wanted to. You play because YOU want to.

Yes there will be early access for some higher levels, but that's about it. I'm getting sick and tired of saying "it'll be ready when it's ready". Don't be annoying.
