you have coals twice... and remember max cell in new jersey is 6x6 also bags of coals are very expensive to invest in if you don't know if you are gonna like the game or not...

indeed they are. i would say fans, comp chairs or normal wooden chairs (really cheap) get a tv on crate, with a dvd player and some stam dvds like boxing with the stars which at the top of my head. and if you are power training try having more stam amens than energy because i was once told by someone:

You can have shit load of energy amens but they wont count for shit if you don't have stamina amens

this is what i tell my prospects when they ask me stuff like that

Yes it has to be balanced but people putting in blow up dolls when they have a lot of stamina already and not enough energy is a waste and i have seen three cells like that recently...

if you go with yoga hds... then you have to have a flat screen and a hd player instead of a tv and dvd?

It's usually better to concentrate on making a good training cell first and a fighting cell last. Using a training cell will make you stronger while using the fighting cell too early too much will make you weaker vs inmates in your prison who have used most of their xp training. Ultimately it's about having fun so it's up to you what you want to do, but mostly from what I have seen the ones who make it the farthest in the game are the people who start off training, staying out of trouble, and network by offering running services. I think the ammenities that have been mentioned already are good suggestions. Starting off with a small cell you really want to find ammenities that will give you the most energy or stamina per square.

If i remember right i started with a training cell, and then made a speed cell for running as my first 2 cell setups
