lol o its very true hahaha but again brock is like 12 or suttin lol i mean should have more energy i usually go to gym bout 3 times a week or when i have day off from work and i do sit ups push ups and shit b4 i go there because when i get to gym i fouce on jus weights and cardio....but truly u can c resul;ts jus bty doin em whenever u can u kno do maybe 20 wehn ya wake up if u jus sittin around the house do another 20 maybe another 20 b4 u got o bed and so on and u will still c progress i kno when i was young jus startin to play ball i was super skinny and had to eat to make the muscle and i did basic workout and still got nice results
