I discovered today that when mugging, ppl usually pay the mug back. (never happened to me). Just wondering if paying back a mug is a "common" occurence. Why even bother to mug? Or is this a higher lvl thing, where ppl are carrying over 900,000+ on themselves?

when people have hits on them mug and beatdown acrue towards hit completion so it is common that hitmen will mug and send the mugged cash back to the victim
