well my max energy is 39 with cell amenities and whatever. its a bit wierd. high enough level to move prisons butnormal stats at that level arent enough to do anything productive

The thing with Arizona is that it's not supposed to be easier as it's for the higher level players. I think Mufasa has done well to not make it easy, this is what makes the game a whole lot better :P

Well dont move to AZ to stay. try making money by being a runner from NJ to AZ. You can make lots of cash that way

Level sevens can't go to NJ.

But taking large waters from putnam to arizona will get you plenty cash

how does running work. ive seen a few posts about it but what exactly happens?

Running is getting items from NJ or Putnam where they are cheaper, and running them to AZ where you can sell them.

Example: small waters = $900 in NJ

small waters = $2000 in AZ

If you sell for $1800 you make money and the AZ inmates save money.

and small waters actually sell in az?

That was an EXAMPLE. You can sell energy drinks chocolate etc
