y would you make a cell for anything else besides a power train(when your in lower prisons)...who cares if your gettin 100 stats or 1000 stats per train if your only gonna go from level 1 to level 4 or level 8etc and not get to SD...whats the point going through all this trouble to save your self 5 eds and 10 waters because if u have that cell your only gonna be able to train a few times before u get kicked out of the prison

To be fair the same could be said for SD.... buying 5 clean toilets can cost you 500k eds... not like its going to save you that many unless you plan to powertrain to level 35!

exp is limitless here...if your a level 1 and your training to level 4 all you will need to do is like 3 trains with that cell so why not just train 10 times in a shitty cell

its not worth buying them to save eds but to get get the most out of your training while your here if your going to be doing alot of training...and buying them for 100k eds now is nothin when items become easier to get and stock up on cause them to become worth 120k eds in a few months
