if i didt use coffe press i would be left with %10 stm left over, its better to replace something with less energy or maybe even little stm with this i found the gains alot more diffrent . . i say 9/10 players in s-d should use them . . as not every 1 is blessed with banana clean toilet etc .

hmmm in my humble opinion... after getting a few players to train up at different levels with coffee presses... generally speaking a coffee press is more of a hinderance than a benefit after putnam... as the stamina needed changes through the prisons... they are best used in Jersey and in SQ...

With all amens... you have to be able to balance out the stamina and energy... due to the big deduction in stamina that a coffee press takes... combine with the higher stamina needs in SD and in AZ... they become something that if possible you want to replace as soon as possible... in these prisons... in other prisons if you can balance them then go for it

yes ace deniro was nearly the best train cell from nj ,to many levels to cover for sd best train cell
