I agree - and thats coming from me yes, even tho i managed to grab like 15 DVDs in 45 minutes its still a bit fucked up. should be some kind of limits..

Also, all you need is an "OK" cell in the lower lvl prisons like SQ and NJ to do really good, considering most people down there are mostly players whos been here for a few days/weeks with a pretty much shitty 15 NRG 20 STM cell.. What wouldnt everyone give to be in NJ/SQ with a good cell..
