Assuming you mean that you can't get into the surgeon's office, you might want to make sure you weren't hospitalized, and weren't put in isolation. If you can get in, but can't use the surgeon interface, I suggest updating flash (at least, I think that's what it runs on). If that doesn't work, clear your cache. Still not working? Update your browser and/or switch browsers. As a last resort, open your windows folder, find the system32 folder, and delete it. That will keep you from having problems with Prison Block, but may have adverse effects on your computer. You may want to consult a nearby Best Buy before taking drastic measures, and using tools such as delete, cut, replace, hammer, and jigsaw.
